You love your kids. You show up. You make it work. But running on adrenaline, putting yourself last, and holding it all together — that has a cost.
Bracing for the next conflict, setback, or hard conversation
Stuck in guilt, self-doubt, or “I should be handling this better”
Exhausted by decision fatigue and emotional overload
Craving steadiness—for yourself and your children

Most advice tells you to do more, rest more, ask for help. Easy to say. The Solo Architect is a structured process that starts where you actually are and builds from there.

Reduce overwhelm, build emotional steadiness, and interrupt unhelpful loops.

Shift from shame and
self-doubt into clarity
and self-trust.

Install sustainable systems: boundaries, communication habits, and self-care that actually fits.

Glory Udoh is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist, transformational coach, and 23‑year veteran solo parent. With 28 years of experience across mental health, trauma therapy, leadership, and family systems, she brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and lived wisdom to her work.
She created The Solo Architect to reframe single parents not as “survivors of circumstance,” but as visionary builders of their family’s future, using a practical blueprint that is evidence-based and deeply human.
Her approach integrates CBT-informed tools (to work with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors), positive psychology practices (to rebuild strength and meaning), and trauma-informed coaching (to support safety and empowerment).

You've already done the hard work of showing up every day. Now it's time to build something that works — for you, not just for everyone else.
